Exchange and Refund Policy

We offer a 15-day no-questions-asked exchange/refund policy. The returned product should be delivered to us within 15 days of receiving the parcel.

Conditions for Exchange/Refund

  • Eligibility: Exchange or refund is only applicable on non-personalized, non-discounted items, and goods not purchased using any offer or coupon code.
  • Non-Eligibility: Personalized or customized products, discounted items, or products bought using gift codes, discount codes, first-time user discount codes, or free gifts are not eligible for exchange or refund.
  • Product Condition: The goods should be in unused condition and must include all original packaging, dust bags, and tags to be eligible for an exchange or refund.

Return Process

  • Inspection: It is at our discretion to reject a return if the product appears used, scratched, spoiled, missing any parts, packaging, or not fit for reselling.
  • Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and the shipping costs for the new product in case of an exchange.
  • QC Process: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after QC clearance. QC generally takes 3 working days from the date of receiving the parcel back at our workshop.

Refund Process

  • Deduction of Shipping Costs: In case of a refund, once the product has passed QC, all shipping costs (to & from the customer) will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after QC clearance.

Rejected Returns

If the product is not in a resellable condition or shows signs of wear or damage, it will be shipped back to the customer after receiving the shipping charges for the return.

Manufacturing Defects

If you encounter a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us immediately with pictures or videos of the defect. We will replace the product with the same product and color only and will cover the return shipping and shipping of the new product.

Customization and Personalization

Customized or personalized products cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances. These items are considered final sale as they are personalized specifically for you and hence are not resalable.

One-Time Exchange Policy

If you have purchased goods at full price and there is no customization/personalization, you can opt for either an exchange or a refund. However, being a make-to-order brand, we only offer one exchange. If you have already opted for an exchange once, we cannot offer you a refund or further exchange of the goods.

Taxes and Duties

All customs duties, import duties, or any other kind of taxes and fees are to be borne by the customer. We will not be responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees at the time of delivery.
